When you move to a new neighborhood, it is always so good to have someone show you around, answer questions and introduce you to new faces. For the past three years, the Faculty Development Committee has attempted to provided that special help for each new faculty member in the person of a faculty mentor. Each new faculty member is paired with a mentor from his/her department or division.
